Every pick has to clear a real bar before it earns a write-up: it must be genuinely fun, visual, and want-not-need, with a strong track record from real buyers. We read the reviews — especially the critical ones — so the tradeoffs in each article come from what actual owners complained about, not from a press release. Unless an article says otherwise, our reviews are researched, not hands-on: we have not purchased or first-hand tested the product.
